Answers to most common technical questions

1. I can not log in to my Blue Zone. After typing in my login and password and clicking "login" I get a blank page.

The problem might be the fact that You have Cookies or JavaScript disabled. Please check Your browser configuration:
in Internet Explorer browser
  • Choose the "Tools" menu and then "Internet Options".
  • On the "Safety" tab select "middle" safety level .

in Mozilla Firefox browser
  • Choose the "Tools" menu and then "Options".
  • In the "Privacy" settings in the "Cookies" section enable (tick off) the "Allow sites to set Cookies" option.
  • In the "Web Features" settings enable (tick off) "Enable Java" and "Enable Java Script".

and if that did not help...
  • Check whether You have any Spyware Blocking Tools running on Your computer. Such software often blocks Cookies, so even if You have the correct settings in Your Internet browser, You might still experience login problems. Enter the settings of Your Spyware Blocking Tool and either set it to accept all Cookies, or just the Cookies for www.bdi.com.pl.

2. The text is too big / too small. How can i fix it?

We designed our website in a way that allows the users to adjust the text size according to their preferences. This is especially important for visually impaired users who experience accessibility problems while using sites that do not offer these feature. Most sites use the text size which cannot be changed so that You might actually have a very big or a very small text size selected in Your browser configuration, and not even be aware of it. Please try the following:
in Internet Explorer browser
  • Choose "View" menu and set the "Text size" to "medium".

in Mozilla Firefox browser
  • Text size can be changed by pushing concurrently "CTRL " and "+" or "CTRL " and "-".
  • Text size is changed to default size using "CTRL" and "0".

If You still experience problems...
Please contact our webmaster at E-mail and supply:

  • A short description of the problem.
  • The name and version number of Your browser.
  • Additionally, a print screen would be very helpful - while viewing the problematic page push "Prt Scr" on your keyboard (the key usually above the "Delete" key), open any graphical editor (e.g.. "Paint") and paste in the print screen from the clipboard by pressing concurrently "CTRL" and "V". Save the picture on Your hard drive and send it to us.
