This is the simplest and the most cost-friendly method of the BDI recruitment service. It enables the employer to access the enormous BDI database and obtain information on a group of engineers that wish to partake in his / her recruitment process. This service is also recommended when the employer needs many specialists for the same position.

The BDI consultants search the database for candidates as per the employer’s requirements and guidelines. They contact the selected engineers by phone and conduct short phone intervievs. The best candidates are recommended to the employer, who takes care of the rest of the recruitment process.
