The employer uses this method when he / she wants to carry out the whole recruitment project outside of his / her company, or when there are no adequate means to fulfil it by the company itself. The entire Recruitment and Selection process, carried out by an independent agency, enables it to reach and objectively select the best applicants.

Initially, the BDI consultants, together with the employer, derive a profile of a perfect candidate. On the basis of this information, the consultants carry out the recruitment process, and recommend 3-5 engineers that best suit the desired profile. All that is left for the employer to do is to make the final decision.
