Wymagania:

• University Degree with preference in a technical discipline: Chemistry Engineering, Chemical Technology, Material Science
• 1-3 years experience
• Preferred experience in the Pharmaceutical industry / Personal Care industry or Chemical industry, either on the Production or in the Research& Development or Technology or Marketing/Sales/Customer Service
• A background in commercial functions like Marketing, Sales or Customer Service is useful
• Open minded, externally focus, inquisitive, creative, flexible with a strong interest in selling technical solutions to customers
• Capability to lead the business and a good feeling how to handle customers
• Combination of technical background such as chemical engineer and business degree will be greatly appreciated
• Fluent in English and Polish
• Driver’s license / ability to travel a lot is a must

Zakres obowiązków:

• Participation in a one-year program that was created to give the opportunity to learn and understand the processes, business strategies and culture of the company before starting in a Sales Account Manager role
• Managing the implementation of a sales strategy
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Assessing market potential and threats, future trends and competitive activities
• Supporting marketing in communications programs
• Managing a portfolio of projects that will guaranty a continuous and profitable growth
• A further career may take the candidate to areas such as Marketing Management, Sales Leadership and Marketing Research
