Our Client, a global automotive company is currently looking for candidates interested in the position of Six Sigma Specialist

Wymagania:

• at least 3 years work experience in a manufacturing, international environment
• great knowledge in Project Management and about statistical methods used
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification (ideally)
• drive for results and ability to influence people at all levels of organization
• experience with people’s coaching and with very good communication and teamwork skills
• very good command of english (spoken & written)

Zakres obowiązków:

• integrated management system documents: perform documents control, support documents development
• handle integrated management system records
• integrated management system audits: perform planning and monitor plan execution, assure competence among auditors, verify auditors’ performance
• customer satisfaction: collect data, monitor satisfaction indicators, enforce corrective/preventive actions
• corrective / preventive actions: perform maintenance of register, monitor timely and effective implementation, verify efficiency
• improvement activities: monitor timely and effective implementation, verify efficiency
• assure compliance with environmental regulations, maintain contact with environmental authorities
• track quality and environmental objectives / indicators
• control quality cost and promote cost reduction
• recognize quality training needs, organize and provide quality training
• run six sigma projects in order to improve quality and reduce costs
• lead and support cross-functional six sigma project teams to achieve their goals
• verify and communicate six sigma projects status
