Wymagania:

Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Expert knowledge in power -converters and/or converter applications is essential
At least 4 years experience in a similar area
Skilled in using measurement devices (Oscilloscope, meters, etc)
Good comprehension of electrical topics encountered in low-voltage power switchgears
Good English language skills (reading, writing, verbal)
Flexibility for world-wide journeys and ability to become an international team member
Experience in verbal and visual presentation of technical topics
High degree of self-organizational skills and work quality are appreciated

Zakres obowiązków:

Technical support of serial production of the frequency converters
Knowledge of typical technical behavior as well as trouble-shooting in the test-bay
Gather technical solutions for internal and external inquiries and issues
Be able to coordinate this topic in cooperation with different internal departments (e.g. Product-Management, Service, Sales, Quality and Engineering)
External field activities (world-wide) for advanced measurements and troubleshooting for our frequency converters installed in wind power plants on- and off-shore
Preparation of feedback reports of technical issues on regular basis
Technical and organizational support for internal processes to improve the quality
Technical support and training for high-level service inquiries
Technical support for internal test procedures during type- and series testing
