Requirements:

• MSc or PhD in Engineering
• experience relevant to indicated position, areas of expertise and knowledge of disciplines like: Fluid mechanics, Aerodynamics, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Optimization Methods
• fundamental understanding of the of the aircraft engine, design, test and analysis tools relevant to the function
• demonstrated good written and verbal communication skills
• CAD and CFD applications knowledge (Unigraphics, ANSYS: CFX or Fluent, Icem CFD etc.) is a plus
• team worker, hard worker, fast-learner, open- minded person, optimistic attitude

Duties:

• the Aero Engineer will be responsible for executing all associated activities related to team work-scope: performing CFD analyses of external and internal flows, determining exhaust system performance, supporting design, tests and optimization
• prepare CFD models (geometry preparation/simplification, meshing, BCs setting, solving and post-processing)
• implement plans to achieve technical requirements and schedules
• participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical reviews
• assure proper documentation of technical data according to engineering policies and procedures
• monitor and communicate project status, issues and significant developments
• participate in team efforts in analysis, design, tests, optimization, quality, productivity, improvements and other initiatives
