Wymagania:
- technical degree in engineering fields like: production, material engineering, mechanical engineering
- a minimum of 3 years experience in production area
- experience in work with Lean, process improvement philosophy
- practical knowledge in reading, updating and preparing technical documentation and technical drawings
- knowledge of standard systems in Automotive industry: FMEA, POKA, YOKA, 5S, SMED, 8D, 5WHY, SPC, TPM, APQP,
- knowledge of ISO TS 16949:2009 and ISO 14001
- excellent organizational and analytical skills,
- highly motivated and able to work under pressure
- strong communication skills
- able to adopt to change quickly
- very good knowledge of English language
Zakres obowiązków:
- solving technical and quality problems, systematic analysis and process improvement
- optimization and development work stations and production lines (include equipped with the tools)
- participation in Lean workshops
- ensuring save work conditions and environment on stations and production lines
- conducting employee trainings to process and products
- developing and implementing new technologies and startups
- preparing and updating process documentation (work standards, instructions, control cards, control plans)
- participation in global transfers and implementations of the new products
