Requirements:

• basic Experience with Information Technology Systems Administration
• basic experience with VMware technology exposure
• basic experience with Exchange Administration including Exchange Architecture Design, Load Balanced FE environments and configuration best practices
• intermediate experience with Windows Server Systems Administration
• basic experience with blade based technology solutions (Cisco, UCS, IBM, HP, Dell)
• basic experience with EMC and storage systems administration
• ability to demonstrate a positive, professional demeanor in completing assignments and responding to customer needs
• ability to work with other technical personnel for collaborative problem solving
• ability to research and resolve complex and diverse issues
• ability to work with minimal supervision
• hardware, software and networking troubleshooting skills
• ability to analyze problems and identify appropriate solutions
