Korea Fuel-Tech Poland is a highly professional injection and blow molding company. We specialize in design, manufacture and assembly of interior plastic injection, blow and fuel system parts. The main objective is the production of finishing materials, plastic, for the automotive industry for vehicle brands such as Hyundai and Kia.
Requirements:
- very good educational background, preferably in the field of engineering, university degree in technology
- 3-5 year experience in cooperation with VW Group (or other German automotive company)
- proven working experience in project management in the automotive sector
- solid technical background with understanding injection process
- excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- very good written and verbal communication German skills (technical vocabulary is highly appreciated)
- good command of English
- solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- ability to interpret complex technical specifications
- possess interpersonal skills, sound leadership abilities, demonstrated negotiating skills, problem solving abilities, and the ability to focus on detail, accuracy and take initiative
- strong working knowledge of VDA
- familiar with the norms of: FMEA, APQP (RGA), PPAP, SPC, Formal-Q
Duties:
- create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
- determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project
- develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
- review the project schedule with Quality Manager and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required
- recruit, interview and select staff and appropriate skills for the project activities and manage project staff according to the established policies and practices of the organization
- ensure that personnel files are properly maintained and kept confidential
- ensure that all project personnel receive an appropriate orientation to the organization and the project
- contract qualified consultants to work on the project as appropriate
- execute the project according to the project plan
- develop forms and records to document project activities
- set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured
- monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
- reporting on the project
- monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures
- monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to development director on a regular basis (monthly)
- ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
- willingness to travel
