Requirements:

• university degree in Architecture/Design/Construction
• minimum 1 year of experience in the field
• experience and knowledge of Foodservice sector will be an advantage
• knowledge of standards, norms of construction law
• high level of planning and organizational skills
• detail-orientation and creativeness
• good knowledge of MS Office
• AutoCAD, SketchUp and Photoshop advanced literacy
• business acumen
• good knowledge of English is a must
• high level of interpersonal skills
• ability to work in international, fast changing environment

Duties:

Job Purpose:
to provide all internal customers and external stakeholders of our restaurants with design according to the brands standards.

• develops exterior and interior design guidelines for Brands according to technological standards, construction law and technical standards of restaurant sector
• prepares exterior and interior designs of restaurants according to internal standards for each brand
• coordinates and communicates design process with all partner departments
• cooperates with local architects in reference to design process of the particular restaurants
• monitors and supports process of design implementation with the cooperation of the Project Manager
