Requirements:

• Master's Degree in HVAC/Sanitary Installations/Electrical (preferably HVAC specialization)
• min. 2 years of relevant experience in HVAC projects (preferably Foodservice sector)
• good knowledge of standards & norms in the field of sanitary installations
• interest in New technologies & Green buildings & Renewable energy
• good communication skills in English both written and spoken
• very good knowledge of MS Office & AutoCad
• creativeness, out-of-the-box thinking, ability to solve problems
• high level of planning, organizational skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills

Duties:

• prepares and develops MEP project design guidelines for our brands
• coordinates and communicates design process with Development team and local designers
• cooperates with local designers in reference to design process of the particular restaurants
• ensures that MEP guidelines implemented in all projects
• provides regular trainings for Development team and local designers
• monitors and supports process of MEP design implementation
• develops MEP project design concepts by regular review and update base on feedback and regular visits in restaurants
