Requirements:
- Technician degree (Electronics, informatics, mechatronics or similar)
- 3 years’ experience in a comparable position
- Expertise in robotics and fieldbus systems
- Very good computer skills and comprehensive understanding of technical processes
- Ideally work experience in automatization and/or industrial image processing
- Willingness to travel national and international up to 50 %
- Willingness to work on weekends
- 3 months introduction training in Wolfratshausen (south of Munich), followed by homeoffice
- Very good English communication skills
Duties:
- Commissioning of 3D Inline Inspection systems at our customers (mainly in Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Germany, maybe 1-2 business trips to China per year)
- Setting up hardware and software independently
- Parameterization of the scope of testing according to customer’s specifications
- Guidance of the installation until acceptance by the customer
- Generating documentations (acceptance reports)
- Customer Service and 3rd-level-support via telephone or remote maintenance
- Onsite user training
