Requirements:

• completed technical education (HTL/FH/UNI) or equivalent professional experience
• in-depth experience in Linux Server system administration as well as experience in leading teams
• Project Management knowledge is an advantage
• good German and English skills
• high personal initiative, target-oriented and solution-oriented way of working
• good communication skills

Duties:

In this interesting position, you are responsible for the management and operations of our globally distributed IT data centers and the related server environment

• professional and organizational leadership of employees and regular reporting to the supervisor
• project management and organization in the Linux server environment
• installation, administration and configuration of Linux servers in an enterprise environment (CentOS, RedHat)
• optimization and continuous development of the existing server landscape based on Linux
• analysis and troubleshooting in the server front and backend
• first contact person for employees and colleagues as well as interface function to other specialist departments
