Requirements:

Technical skills:
strong competency in design and development using Visual Studio, Windows Workflow Foundation, ASP.NET (C#), JavaScript, AJAX and XSLT
administration and troubleshooting of SharePoint Workflow
experience in working with SQL Server, Active Directory and Internet Information Server
experience in configuring and programming line of business system integration
solid understanding of the WSS 3.0 architecture
experience with interconnecting 3rd party systems using Web Services would be plus
solid understanding of SOA principles would be a plus
ability to create eye-candy layout using JS and CSS would be a plus
