Toms Polska is looking for Technical Project Engineers to take part in building our new prestige project of establishing a new chocolate facility in Nowa Sól.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Engineering or related field required
- 3-5 years of experience at the similar position
- preferably experienced in confectionary processes and understanding of food manufacturing aspects
- preferably experience in new build of production facility
- AutoCad skills
- experienced user of MS Excel, MS Project
- fluent in English
- strong project management skills and leadership capabilities
- technical mastery in process improvement techniques
Duties:
As a Technical Project Engineer you will be reporting to Construction & Engineering Project Manager and cooperating closely with operation and maintenance team, being responsible for work on all project phases from design and manufacture to installation and final commissioning of process equipment as well as support to improve performance during learning curve. The Project Engineer will be responsible for one of the engineering tracks like chocolate systems, cooking and mixing, forming process lines or packaging area.
