Requirements:

telecom industry experience
integration experience
experience with Unix/Linux systems
SQL
Oracle Database administration
LAN, WAN, web and security networks
familiarity with Java
nice-to-have: Veritas Cluster, WebLogic Server
occasional travels to Africa and Middle East required in deployment phase (up to 60% of the time)

Duties:

We are looking for an independent specialist who will install and configure products, integrated with customer network and complying with customer requirements. On this project, you will have a chance to visit African and Middle Eastern countries, and business trips may take up to 60% of the time. installation and configuration of solutions onto hardware according to customer requirements and project plans
integration of the solution at customer site, connecting with the back-end and core network elements of the customer
providing updates to the Technical Leader and Project Manager on the work progress
execution of customer acceptance plans
log analysis and troubleshooting
TCP/IP protocol and client and server architectures
