Requirements:
- knowledge of English at a communicational level
- basic knowledge of networking (DHCP, IP address protocols, structured cable)
- basic knowledge of IT hardware (Computer maintenance, software installation, MS office)
- basic knowledge in Domain Services (Active Directory, File servers, Outlook and Skype) basic configuration and support.
- baisic ERP knowledge
- secondary or higher education in information technology
- ability to configure computer hardware and install additional software
- self-reliance in action
- teamwork skills
- communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work under the pressure of time
Duties:
- help and Suport users from Czech and Polish
- first level incidents and problems resolution including permissions, configurations, new features implementations, first contact with provider in case of support related to business applications like; Axapta, Kelvin, OPTI, ACTIN, Vanta data manager, Thermolan and ALEA. (Basic support)
- first level incidents and problems resolution with networking including, wireless connectivity, LAN connectivity and internet connectivity. (Basic support)
- IT hardware maintenance including, spare parts replacement, inventory of spare parts, servers maintenance, server room maintenance
- contact with suppliers
Additional support activities:
- support to IT Senior technician in integration projects
- draxton domain migration including the fileserver migration with the permissions and the end users configurations
- LAN refresh including structured cable migration, network switches migration and documentation of all network nodes and patch panels
