Global Test Manager

We are looking for an analytical Manager with high technical skills to lead our Global Test Department and to secure that we continuously deliver innovative and front runner test solutions for our Production. You will be responsible for creating the global test solutions necessary for timely, qualitative and economic processing of the evolving portfolio of products.

Responsibilities

As Global Test Manager you will be reporting to Head of Global Supply Chain and have management responsibilities for seven employees located in both Denmark and Poland. You will have stakeholders throughout the company and play a proactive role in the cooperation with relevant departments on a regional and global basis, externally and internally in the company.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • managing and developing the Global Test team
  • monitoring the development of global test capabilities
  • organizing global know-how on test technology and development of the global test solutions
  • accountable for test strategy, processes and systems
  • participating in the Global Supply Chain management
  • accountable for the Supply Chain/Test contribution to integrated production development
  • accountable for global test development, training and maintenance of processing competences
  • ensure that processes and procedures are continuously maintained and improved in a lean an effective manner

Your profile

We are looking for a Manager with a BSc/MSc degree in Engineering (e.g. mechanical, electrical or production). You have experience from a production company, where you have worked as Test/Technical Design/Production Manager or similar.

As a person you possess a strong analytic mind-set and are able to overview large amount of data and conclude managerial directions from it.

Furthermore you:

  • are an excellent communicator and are able to successfully motivate and lead your team
  • have a strong dynamic drive and thrive on taking on responsibility and achieving results
  • are on top of things and possess strong coordination and communication skills
  • motivate your employees in a proactive, informal and solution-orientated manner
  • have the ability to build strong working relationships globally and across cultures

In addition to the above mentioned, you are fluent in written and spoken English. You have a high level of computer skills including MS products, ERP systems and preferably other planning, simula-tion or modeling tools.
