Responsibilities

You will work with a wide range of turbines, and the tasks vary accordingly. From old turbines that needs upgrades, to commissioning of new turbines. The tasks will primary be electrical but you must also expect to work with mechanical tasks.

As Wind Turbine Technician you will be employed in Poland but you will have close interaction with our customers on a daily basis, and work closely with our back office Coordinators in Ikast, Denmark. Your primary responsibilities are:

• Repair and maintenance of wind turbine controllers
• Commissioning
• Upgrading and assembly tasks
• High voltage work including termination of HV cables
• Troubleshooting
• Relay calibration
• Participate in Hot-line function in relation to customer inquiries

You must expect a lot of travelling. Depending on our projects it will vary, but you will typically have approx. 150 travel days a year, and usually 2-3 weeks.

Your profile

You must have an education as electrician or other electrical background. You have several years of experience with industrial installations and preferably from the wind industry. It is an advantage if you have experience with measuring instruments and service. In addition, you have experience with Microsoft Office at user level and strong English skills, both oral and written.

You work is characterized by high quality and standard, and above all you have a safety mindset. You are a team player, have a good overview of things, outgoing and take pride in delivering a good service to our customers. It is also important that you are flexible (and accustomed to travel work) since the travel periods may vary.
