Requirements:
- high school qualification in mechanical (essential)
- bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (recommended)
- english - B1 Level (essential)
- english - C1 Level (desiderable)
- mechanical - basic knowledge
- hydraulic - basic knowledge
- electronic - basic knowledge
- capable to work under stress
- respect the safety rules concerning the use of equipment
- have a good depth perception and overall view
- ability to work individually and in a team
- able to pass a Pre - employment Medical and Drug&Alcohol Screen
- drivers license
- able to work with the team in remote locations on occasions
Duties:
- this opportunity is targeted at high potential individuals who will be placed in Operations Department. The training consists of periods of 6 months spent in the Head Quarter located in Italy, where you will receive theoretical and practical knowledge about SPMT’s basic function and driving
- assemble, disassemble, set and configure (mechanically and electronically), operate the Self Propelled Modular Trailers (both Sheuerle and Cometto type) in any configuration and in any cargo type/weight
- perform the rigging and all other operations with the SPMT
- responsible for the daily and weekly control and maintenance of the SPMT
- report faults and execute necessary repairs
- together with the SPMT Supervisor responsible for the heavy transports
