Requirements:
- master degree in Engineering specialized in Aerospace
- solid expertise in aerospace industry
- required turbo-machinery background, thermodynamics knowledge preferable
- experience with design practices in Aerospace industry
- aware of certification processes - required procedures, tests
- fluent in English
- program/project management skills
- internal & external customer focused
Duties:
- provide technical leadership to performance team for specific project to meet objectives
- provide interface within performance specialists, program/project managers and department managers
- execute the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product/program requirements
- manage the program/project, provide technical guidance and mentoring as necessary
- execute plans to achieve goals, communicate results to the customer
- support new/derivative engine development
- cooperate with Product Engineering Centre (PEC), Product Integration Centre (PIC) and Assembly Test & Overhaul Organizations (ATO)
- participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews
- assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedure
