Requirements:
- 8+ years experience within the mining and minerals processing industries
- proven track record of managing multi-disciplines project teams and working on large, client-focussed projects
- familiar with codes & standards related to mining / minerals / metals processing plant design
- experience in working with large consulting companies handling all disciplines preferable (mechanical / electrical / piping / instrumentation / structural)
- good knowledge of English
- excellent verbal & written communication skills
- strong leadership and ability to manage a team of engineers
Duties:
- responsible for cost and schedule control of various mining related projects through the management and coordination of all project resources
- construction projects management
- supervising engineers work
- preparing work schedules
- technical documentation control
- co-operation with owners / vendors / contractors
- planning and controlling project budget
- delegations to Norway are considered depending on a project specification
