Requirements:
- master's degree in Power Systems, Electrical or Control Engineering
- practical experience from design offices and/or shipbuilding and/or shipping industry is welcome,
- practical knowledge of Marine Electrical Power Engineering, Marine Electronics and/or Ship Automation is an advantage
- experience with automation systems and field instrumentation is an advantage
- a team player, with a positive attitude
- eager to learn and develop yourself
- motivated and ambitious
- result-oriented and pro-active
- good communication skills and command of spoken and written English are important
- willing to travel (training and work related)
Duties:
- plan approval of electrical and control systems class documentation for various types of Ships and Mobile Offshore Units
- plan approval of electrical and control systems class documentation for various components e.g. switchboards, converters, control systems
- participation in surveys and functional tests
- support to the local stations and external Customers
- rule maintenance and developing projects
