Requirements:

  • Engineering degree with experiences in the field of reliability at production facilities
  • Knowledge of the requirements for the operation of plants, including the safety of the process, compliance with legal and company requirements. Understanding the lean operation of equipment and the production process, solving problems. Ability to analyse root causes.
  • Experiences in handling cross cultural environment in technical functions and inspire change in attitude towards continuous improvement
  • Multidiscipline knowledge (Mechanical, Electrical, PICS)
  • Understanding the lean operation of equipment and the production process, solving problems. Ability to do root cause analysis and follow Action plan.
  • English and Russian or Czech or Polish knowledge additional. Willingness to travel in the region (30%).

Duties:

The CERC Reliability engineer ensures efficient reliability and availability of production facilities in line with company strategy and technical standards via implementation of accurate methods and using available tools.
As a Reliability Engineer, you will:

  • Identify, propose, implement actions / projects whose purpose is to increase the reliability of production.
  • Handle the technical incident analysis process by applying the RCA methodology; monitor and track the implementation of the developed action plan. Conduct an analysis of the costs associated with incidents and make proposals for their reduction.
  • Reduce number of incidents and related to it cost.
  • Provide reporting of reliability incidents and key indicators related to reliability at the sub-region and local levels.
  • Handle reliability assessment processes, such as vulnerability/obsolesces study (incl. critical spare part's strategy) and a program to reduce equipment outages, support in development contract rolls.
  • Participate in the evaluation and approval of changes.
  • Ensure the implementation of best practices together with the maintenance team and projects in terms of preventive/predictive maintenance, design and ensuring a high level of equipment reliability.
  • Participate in the process of summarizing the results of overhauls.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of all new tools or programs developed by the company to increase the reliability of equipment / equipment maintenance culture.
  • Identify the need, propose and participate in the implementation of projects sought at improving the reliability of equipment. Participate in projects to install new equipment to improve reliability, using standard methodologies.
  • Continuously improve a culture / professional knowledge of reliability at production sites.
  • Actively participate in the selection of a qualified supplier or contractor in order to increase reliability.
