Requirements:
- relevant technical university or college education and a minimum of 5 years of successful experience in industrial B2B sales
- process fluid experience is an advantage
- result-oriented technical sales professional with good communication skills
- mature, self-supporting personality with self-motivation and endurance
- excellent English is a must, German is an advantage but not required
- based in Krakow or Katowice, willing to work from a home-office
- willing to travel 75% of work time throughout Poland
- good analytical and judgment skills to complete project work as well as coordination capabilities with other stake-holders
- good computer skills and a safe driving record with substantial experience

Duties:
- sales prospecting and sales development
- project management and coordination
- reporting to international management
- budgeting and business planning
- conducting occasional on-site machine tests
- supporting service activities
- participation at professional trade events
- continuous customer visits and closing deals
- working together with an independent distributor
- working together with German parent-company organization
