Wymagania:
- Technical University degree (Power electronics)
- Min. 5 years of experience in R&D Projects
- Experience in Power Electronics - medium voltage
- Knowlegde of FEM simulation tools
- Good written and spoken English and Polish
- Application and sharing of power electronic technical know-how; systemic thinking, technical problem solving
- Creativity, eagerness to experiment and challenge the conventional
- Ability to calculate, simulate and verify solutions
- Qualitative mindset, consistent application and improvement
- Negotiation, argumentation and consultation skills
- Estimation of consequences, deal with uncertainties
- Driving license
Zakres obowiązków:
- Solving complex industrial problems connected with power electronic technologies, tools and methods in own competence area
- Contributes to the development of strategic technology plans and project portfolio in own organization
- Performs a variety of complex technology/ engineering assignments, which typically require the use of advanced and innovative techniques
- Leading R&D projects
- Ensures having solid competence of drivers as well as state-of-the art technologies
- Actively seeks and implements initiatives to improve operations
- Supports other levels of engineers to secure knowledge transfer, acting as a mentor in own projects
- Provides consulting services to business operations and customers within own area of expertise
- Identifies and manages risks in R&D projects as well as in own organization
- Maintains recognized expertise in specific area by externally reviewing current technologies and attending appropriate meetings
