Requirements:
- a Master's Degree in Engineering
- quality control experience in projects or manufacturing processes
- at least 3 years of experience in quality area of components manufacturers at automotive or heavy industrial equipment manufacturers preferred
- implementing various techniques and procedures including APQP (Advanced Product Quality-Planning), FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis)
- experience in deploying of DFSS (Design For Six Sigma) tools and techniques
- excellent spoken and written English
- good customer interfacing, communication and presentation skills
- readiness for business trips
Duties:
- ensures quality of product and process during product development
- being point of contact for the Project Manager and for the Customer for all quality topics in the project
- creation and follow up of Quality Management plans
- setting and follow-up on quality and reliability objectives
- facilitating risk assessments along with program manager
- validation of corrective action plans and on field follow-up of high level risks
- deploying of DFSS (Design For Six Sigma) tools and techniques
- customer satisfaction through parts delivery (from A-samples to SOP)
- project launch performances (quality, RTY, reworks)
- respect of quality and reliability targets
