Wymagania:
- education at least to degree level in relevant subject (e.g. Chemical Engineering / Food Engineering / Food Technology / Nutrition
- 3-5 years relevant experience in a FMCG company
- experience in one of: food process design / food structuring / hygienic process design nutritional product design
- very good English (speaking and writing)
- creativity
- ability to work in multifunctional and multicultural team
- very good communication skills
Zakres obowiązków:
- translates project targets into scientific/technical approach and ensures quality delivery of these targets
- drives and delivers new prototype processes or formulations
- develops and implements Best Practice in work processes
- safeguards appropriate information protection for developed technology/formulations
- advises on existing and new methodology on process or product development and evaluation
- contributes to development of the area of expertise
- develops the skills of other team members
- is up-to-date with developments in the relevant area of expertise
- assesses and implements opportunities with external agencies
