Senior Development Manager

Requirements:

• fluent command of English and Polish
• minimum 5 years experience in managing large, high value international construction projects
• relevant education and professional background
• proven experience of project cost control

Duties:

• the successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the development project based in Szczecin, from concept to construction and sale/lease
• the project is an 8.5 hectare development comprising of a mixed use development and infrastructural works with a value of approx 300,000,000 euros
• managing the concept, design, construction and sale, lliase with all interested and statutory parties, including property agents and Government bodies
