Employer description:

Global distributor of products to industrial and commercial users of electronic components.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years sales experience, preferred with electronics components
  • Good business acumen and industry knowledge
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience
  • Drive for results and achievement of targets
  • High level of ownership and accountability for assigned tasks
  • Good in building strong and effective relationships both internally and externally
  • Excellent communication skills suitable for both internal and external communities
  • Ability to respond rapidly and professionally to the demand of a high pressure commercial environment
  • English mandatory both verbal and written.

Duties:

  • Develop strong relationships and managing business negotiations at all levels within the customer
  • Maximize company's share on OEM's market and overall profitability
  • Drive business plans on assigned accounts
  • Develop deep knowledge of the local market and of the competition activity in the account base
  • Work closely with Field Application Engineers, Business Development Managers, Supply Chain Solutions Manager
  • Leverage relationships within the customers and all available resources to support smooth operations in regards to speed, accuracy and cost effectiveness.
